Easy answer: Raz. He gave us the ability to change our names. This lead to chaos.

but you have less possibilities now... you only can change it a limited number of times and have to wait ages before you can change it again

You can change it in your profile, where you also have the signature and title settings etc.


I dont know if Raz already fixed the function and added this limited-times-thing (2 or 3 times or so )... but he planned to I think
