In my good ol' homestate of NY, a new record was broken dealing with our budget. If all goes good, the NY budget wil be passed sometime soon. It'l be late, but that's nothing new. It's been late for many years now. This year, it'll be the latest ever. 180 days late, I think. I don't think NY will ever pass a budget on time. That would be a miracle.
