So I've seen a few shots of this guy and I just want to know who exactly he is. I heard he's in some sort of time mix up w/ Spiderman and Spiderman 2099, but I'm really confused as to who he is and his background. Does anyone know anything about him?

I happen to think he looks like a joke, and the character is plain awful.

"Let's give him spikes! Kids like spikes - they look bad-ass, and lets rip off a bit of Batman here, and make him look like fly-man with a sissy cape. Genius!"
