id say Deadpool, Flash, and Beast.

Beast has a jovial nature, but check out how he's doing in Astonishing X-Men recently. He's really not all that happy.

None of these guys are AT ALL happy. They are all torn between their powers and their problems. The worst example would be deadpool. He is no way shape or form TRUELY HAPPY. God, read a Deadpool comic.
