What do you do to relax when you get a huge insomnia? yawn

i turn off all the lights and lay down

I usually stay on KMC until 5:00 am

eekdo you work or study? what time do you wake up?

I always have insomnia, so......*shrugs*

I usually wake up at 2:00pm and schools still out and I dont have a job so hey 13 hours of KMC, but I take breaks to go do things with friends

man you are a warrior, i think i would have no more fingers and eyes if i spent that time in KMC

Well it's almost 3am here and I'm not tired at all. I can't sleep, I've tried. I already watched Kill Bill vol.2 and played some PS2 but I can't sleep at all. Anyone want to chat? I'm really bored and I don't think I'll be sleeping for a while...

Slip beats ya in the insomnia category. 3 days straight i think.

Maybe the reason you cant sleep is because you have been playing ps2 and watching movies instead of trying to sleep.

yea...see I was trying to sleep but gave up after a couple of hours...

I can stay awake for a long time, but as soon as I crawl into my basket I'm off.
Hell, I even fell asleep on my bike once after to much beer on a party, it took crashing in to a tree to wake me up again.

I know what you mean, and I have a digital clock so it makes it worse...it feels like time is going by so much slower

But some advise for you maybe. Just get up one day really early, no matter if you like it or had any sleep yet. Get yourself tired that day, eat well and go to bed a few hours later with a good book. Good chance you'll doze off soon. Don't stay in to long the next day ofcourse.

I read in a magazine that the way to cure insomnia is to eat a boiled onion befor you go to bed, but i don't like the sound of this...

I do get up early, eat well every day, and i read every night...and I'm usually pretty active during the day...I seriously think I have insomnia

Well, usually I read and listen to music before I go to bed. But if I can't sleep after that, I guess I just sit there/toss and turn until I literally have no more energy left.

99.9% of the time I can sleep. It's my mum who can never sleep. She can be in bed for hours without a minutes sleep.

Last night I couldn't sleep so I got up, listened to my mum talk on the phone to my aunt (it was about 12:00am!) My aunt rings a stupid times & talks about the same old stuff too for hours!

I had some hot chocolate with a full top of whisky. I was okay then, but I became very hot!
