I don't know the name of it but I believe RZA from the Wu-Tang did it. He did most of the score for Vol.1

Actually... on the OST for Kill Bill 1, there is a song called Twisted Nerve, this is the song that Nurse whistles as she walks down the corridor. Also, the reah-uh noise is from the first ever kungfu movie - King Boxer.
