Anyone ever hear of this? I would love to become an actor or Director. I am thinking about jumping on a train and going to the open house for the 14-18 year olds. But I dont know. lol

yeah iactually went there for an eight week semeaster in filmaking,but had to leave four weeks into it because of family trouble. Depending on where you go, theprogram was everything it says it is. they have many campuses and schools around the world. I went to New York. The courses were very hands on, and enlightening. You dont have to know anything in particular about the course you go for, it helps, but is not required. they offer use to equipment, if you have your own, or atleast your own approved film and are going to the filmaking courses this will allow you alor more experience and possibilites to get your worked critiqued, but again doesnt matter. I am going to go back after i finish my semeaster at college. If your interested in the genre then the school is a great start tolearn what you dont know. However, it is very costly. Especially to people like me,where a thousand dollars is a whopping amount of money, but is worth ut none the less.

I'm actually going for the four week filmmaking course. It sounds really good. I might go back for the two or four week acting course too.

yeah thefilmaking course is insightfull,but very expensive. The hands on experiences are great, and they will critique the films you make there, and they will critique them with brutal honesty. When i was there, i saw many people drop out because of the teachers remarks on there film slates. They werent that bad for me though, just honest, honesty which helped me.

as long as your determined, and do wish to use the knowledge you learn at a place like this, then it could be a helpfull venture,and as long as you have the doe. Be prepared though, prepared to learn that everything you thought you knew about the industry and art is useless and not as it seems.

My neice went to school there at the NY location and LOVED it!
