do you know that state? everything's grey, you stop eating, laughing, meeting friends. you use to break everything you touch, but you don't know why you feel the need to destroy it...you sometimes cry but most of the time just stare blankly at the wall.

i was depressed because i was grounded ew but after last night *giggles, looks up and shakes her head, while murmuring good times good times* after last night i was no longer depressed but very very happy...

and the worst thing about it is that no one really cares about your situation. but you, yourself can find sarcasm in everybody's attitude towards you. you find them bitter and mean.

the fact is I DON'T KNOW what happened. started a couple of weeks ago. started isolating myself from my mates. they were pissin me off and they still are. i felt humilliated and sad by every statement they made. every sore joke, every time they teased me. god i HAVE ENOUGH!

It may sound stupid, and you've probably heard it before, but talking to someone helps. And I'm not saying that either, it really does help a lot. I know from personal experience.
