what do you do when you have alot of stress. i listen to music

i listen to 24/7 (if i can)

even at work i try to listen to music

right now im listening to

listen to music, come to kmc, play brood war, go skateboard, go bike ride, chill at a friend's place...and avoid my parents

I'm almost always listening to music...

I often go to friends for support...

I go on the computer to get my mind off of stuff...

the cause of and solution to every problem in the world... alcohol. second is bush... except for the solution part.

music, swear, yell, read a comic book, lift weight. sports, martial arts, box/or kickboxing......any of these does the trick for me

When I am stressed I like to punch things to take out my frustrations, or I just become really quiet.

Speaking of the punching items though, a few weeks ago at work I did that and punched one of the houseboats on a metal part and broke my knuckle...it still hasn't healed, it hurts whenever I punch stuff now. Oh well.
