i woke up like at 7am (meanwhile went to bed around 4am). went to soccer training and ran for like 2 freaking hours. at home now (talking here on kmc). then at 6pm, i have to go back to practice for another 2 hours . ***at least this time its more drill stuff (goalie work/scrimmages)***
