all i can tell you is that this is going to be to Daredevil what Origin was to Wolverine/X-Men.

the hints given in hardcore are that Bullseye's name is Lester, his mother was a prostitute and he never knew his dad, and that a lot of the trauma he suffers from happened in high school. also that his origin is something pathetic that makes him self destructive.
