Is there a place, ( software ) attached to these forums where those beautiful siggies can be created or would I need to do it with one of my standalone graphics programmes ?

yup i recomend adobe photoshop 7.0

Papa if you go to the artwork forum there is a subsection for signatures where you can view more and even a thread to request someone to make one for you to your specifications. That is if you cant or dont want to make your own.
