i started talking to this guy here on KMC in late april and we just clicked. the chemistry was there. we flirted a lot on the threads and constantly PMed each other. as we got closer, we decided to exchange phone numbers. we talk on the phone almost every day now. i feel like i know him. i feel as if i can be completely open with him. he makes me smile, laugh, and he always knows how to cheer me up whenever i'm down.

whenever i hear his voice, i get this feeling of elation. this feeling of belonging. he makes all my worries go away, nothing else matters. its just me and him.

we haven't physically met yet, but its just a matter of time. he lives only a few hours away from me so its gonna become an in-the-flesh thing.

i long for the day when i can touch him, hold him. when i can feel his lips on mine, feel his hands glide across my skin. feel him whipser those three words into my ear. i wanna be wrapped in his arms. i wanna feel his hot breath on my body. i wanna be completely emersed in him.

and i know he cares for me too because i can hear it when he says "i love you." i can actually physically feel it, you know? its there.

we've been through so much already. we've shed the tears, experienced the heartache, and have dealt with so many complications. he's been there for me, through thick and thin.

Well, here's my thoughts.

Internet love was something that I never believed in before...I'd seen friends try it and fail, so I figured that it's something that would never work. Until I joined KMC. Don't get me wrong, I didn't join the boards with the intent to meet someone, I did because I love the Matrix. And it just so happens that I did meet someone, who I like very, very much. We've shared tons of pictures, we've spoken on voice chat with our microphones, and I do plan on meeting him soon. So while I used to not believe in internet love, I can safely say that people (and their opinions) can change

I don't think it's possible to fall in love over the internet. I think it's possible to start an infatuation and like someone alot. But not truly love them. You have to meet them face to face before that can happen.
