Darth Revan
No... they just don't want to be on the radio and TV with all the dumbass gangsta rappers who are only famous because they can look cool while strutting around with their bling talking about money and hoes. Here, I'll give you an example:

50-cent
"Wanksta"

"Wanksta"

It's 50 a.k.a Ferrari F-50
Break it down
I got a lot of living to do before I die
And I ain't got tyme to waste
Let's make it

You said you a gansta but you neva pop nuttin'

They know they can't shine if I'm around the rhyme
Been on parole since 94 cause I commit tha crime
I send you my line, I did it three ta nine
If D's ran up in my crib, you know who droppin dimes

You said you a gangsta
But you neva pop nuttin
We said you a wanksta
And you need to stop frontin'
You go to the dealership
But you neva cop nuttin'
You been hustlin a long tyme
And you ain't got nuttin

Damn Homie, in high school you was tha man, homie
What tha **** happened to you?
I got tha sickest vendetta when it come to tha chedda
And if you play wit my paper, you gotta meet my berretta
Now shorty think I'ma sweat her, sippin on amoretta
I'm livin once than deada, I know I can do betta
She look good but I know she after my chedda
She tryna get in my pockets, homie and I ain't gonna let her
Be easy, stop tha bullshit, you get your whole crew wet
We in tha club doin' the same ol' two step
Gorilla unit cuz they say we bugged out
Cuz we don't go nowhere without toast we thugged out

Me I'm no mobsta, me I'm no gangsta
Me I'm no hitman, me I'm jus me, me
Me I'm no wanksta, me I'm no acta
But it's me you see on your TV
Cuz I hustle baby, this rap shit is so easy
I'm gettin' what you get for a brick to talk greasy
By any means, partner, I got to eat on these streets
If you play me close, for sure I'm gonna pop my heat
Niggas sayin they goin murd' 50, how?

What you know about AK's and AR 15's?
Equipped with night vision, shell catchers and dem things, huh

Immortal Technique
"Peruvian Cocaine"

Intro: from the film "Scarface"]
Host: I've heard whispers about the financial support
your government receives from the drug industry.

Guest: Well, the irony of this, of course, is that
this money, which is in the billions, is coming from
your country. You see, you are the major purchaser of
our national product, which is of course cocaine.

Host: On one hand, you're saying the United States
government is spending millions of dollars to
eliminate the flow of drugs onto our streets. At the
same time, we are doing business with the very same
goverment that is flooding our streets with cocaine.

Guest: Mmm-hmm, si, si. Let me show you a few other
characters that are involved in this tragic comedy.

*Two Men Speak in Spanish*

I'm on the border of Bolivia, working for pennies
Treated like a slave, the coke fields have to be ready
The spirit of my people is starving, broken and sweaty
Dreaming about revolution (REVOLUTION!) looking at my machete
But the workload is too heavy to rise up in arms
And if I ran away, I know they'd probably murder my moms
So I pray to "Heso Preisto" when I go to the mission
Process the cocaine, paced and play my position

Ok, listen while I'm out there, just give me my product
Before we chop off ya hands for worker's misconduct
I got the power to shoot a copper, and not get charged
And it would be sad to see your family in front of a firing squad
So to feed your kids, I need these bricks
40 tons in total, let me test it, indeed I (*sniff*)
Shit, this is good, pass me a tissue
And don't worry about them, I paid off the officials

Yo, it don't come as a challenge, I'm the son of some of the foulest
Elected by my people...the only one on the ballot
Born and bred to consult with feds, I laugh at fate
And assassinate my predecessor to have his place
In a third-world fashion state, lock the nation
With 90% of the wealth in 10% of the population
The Central Intelligence Agency takes weight faithfully
The finest type of China white and cocaine you'll see

Honey I'm home, nevermind why our bank account's suddenly grown
It's funny, we're so out of this debt from this money we owe
Woulda ya...mind if I told you I had two governments overthrown
To keep our son enrolled in a private school, and to keep ya tummy swollen
C'mon, our ****in' home was built on the foundation of bloody throats
The hungry stolen of they souls, of course this country's runnin' coke
I took a stunted oath to hush the one's who know
But CIA conducts the flow of these young hustlers who lust for dough

I don't work in the hood (Hit my connect)
Plus what's really good, they supply for the hood
These dudes ****ing crack me up, scrutinize like we inferior
Petrified when we meet in my area (calm down)
My dude's'll shoot until I say so, got the loot?
Give me the YAY YAY like Ice Cube, so don't play with my llello
We won't stop for you bastards
Must choose (?), chop it and bag it

Taking pictures and tapping phones
Debating snitches and cracking codes
Past a couple, blast the fo',
Want any hustler stacking dough with probably crack the blow
And my overtime is where your taxes go
I gain your trust
Get you to hand weight to us because we paid up front
On the low with cameras taping ya
Getting pop away? The prison sentence is going to
Make the officer leave with two ki's out the evidence room

Out the evidence room (*Said with Loucipher*)
Went my fame, truck, boat or plane, they watching you
You think you got work? They copping too
We control blocks, they lock countries
Ya own companies, we had nice cars and sneaker money
Now there's players out there, talking 'bout the holding
With bugs in they house like they down South with windows open
Your dough ain't long, you wrong, you take shorts and (?)
Feds will be up in your mouth...like forks and spoons
So enjoy the rush, live plush off Coke bread
Soon you'll be in a cell with me, like Jenny Lopez
In school, I was a bully, now life is fully a joke
I keep a flow on a boat for Peruvian Coke
Players do favors for governers and tax makers
Fat Quakers smoke crack and sex acts with bad mayors
The walls got ears, you big mouths probably scared
Not prepared to do years like Javier

The story just told is an example of the path that
drugs take on their way to every neighborhood, in
every state of this country. It's a lot deeper than
the niggas on your block. So when they point the
finger at you, brother men, this is what you've got to tell them:

I'm not guilty. YOU'RE the one that's guilty. The
lawmakers, the politicians, the Columbian drug lords,
all you who lobby against making drugs legal. Just
like you did with alcohol during the prohibition.
You're the one who's guilty. I mean, c'mon, let's kick
the ballistics here: Ain't no Uzi's made in Harlem.
Not one of us in here owns a poppy field. This thing
is bigger than (Immortal Technique). This is big
business. This is the American way.

...that's pure ownage man...

HockeyHorror

Dr. Strangelove
Yep Juvenile should be on the list as his "slow motion" song is so original and he's never raped about something like big booty's before.

*Cough every song from that talentless hack is about big booty's cough*

Oh wait the song is about slow motion booty's HAHAHA. I'm laughing because its sad that such a stupid song gets played every 15 minutes in Sac's stupid rap radio stations.

The last time I checked Nelly was doing a duet with one of the Destiny's child singers.

IKnoRapbitch
you listen to Deftones what the fu(k do you kno about rap
and who is Slug, deacon the villian,Tre Hardson,Sage Francis,Eyedea,Sole????
You kno were talking about rap right???????

BackFire
Mc Hammer baby.

SlipknoT
I beg to differ, the crown goes to Vanilla Ice

BackFire
Vanilla Ice was badass too. Too bad he was about as talented as a golfball.

Evil Dead
bah....

Vanilla Ice had talent. Was he Ice Cube or 2pac? no.......but he still had talent. If he hadn't sold out with the fake ken doll image to get his big record deal and waited until he was able to make albums with his real personality, he would be just as revered as the Beastie Boys. Sure...most of Ice's rhymes and beats were lame as hell by today's standards but uh.....check out the Beastie Boys' biggest hit, "fight for your right"...........

there is a reason why Ice got his record deal to begin with. before he was made over into a Ken doll......he was just an average guy who rapped and danced. No MC Hammer knock off clothes.....no "scars" shaved into his eyebrows (I do however find it funny that many rappers still do that to this day)...no teeny bopper magazine covers. It just so happened that he could rap well enough to get a record label to sign him....and was a good break dancer on top of that.

Sure he was completely torn down and remodeled after he was signed......but the talent was there or he wouldn't have been signed to any deal at all. It's not like they expected him to be the biggest thing since sliced bread.....hell, his biggest song (Ice Ice Baby) wasn't even a single....it was the B-side to Play that Funky Music.

Was he great?no......was he terrible?no.........but he did have some talent and wasn't just some generic Nelly or No Limit Soldier copycat like the rap industry has been filled with for the past few years (Chingy and Cash Money Records come to mind)........

moonwalker741
yes that was pretty good Evil Dead

Df02
jesus even i know who most of them are haha
oh and ill save Hockey the trouble of saying it

"Rap is not a genre" roll eyes (sarcastic)

HockeyHorror
thanks big grin laughing

Darth Revan
I see you claiming DB knows nothing about hip hop because he listens to the Deftones... So far I've had two different rock bands in my sig and you haven't even noticed no expression

Oh yeah you don't even know who APC and Tool are because you DontKnoRapOrRockBitch no expression

Df02
ive actually started gettin into Immortal Technique.... i did try out most of the rappers u lot have listed, but im not really a hip-hop person so only really got along with Immortal Technique and specifically just a few tracks...

Dominant species
Peruvian cocaine and
Beef and brocolli (hilarious imo, just its completely true and perfectly worded)

i try out most bands ppl mention because i like to try new things, and with 1mb conn its quite easy to get hold of mp3's etc lol

for sort ill call ya ***** is that alright *****

bardock
and tasty hockey

Deathblow
I'm not suprised you haven't heard of them, seeing as the only hip-hop you seem to be into is awful. Let me help you out.

MC Slug --> front man of Atmosphere
Deacon The Villian --> member of the group Cunninlynguists
Tre Hardson --> member of the group The Pharcyde
Sage Francis --> slam poet and lyrical genius
Eyedea --> brilliant freestyler/battler, see Atmosphere & Abilities
Sole --> best female rapper in the world (IMO)

You could've just got away with not having heard of one of those artists, but not knowing Tre or Eyedea...sorry to be childish but, youdontknowshitbitch no

and btw, Chino of Deftones raps occasionally, and he's a damn sight better than Fred Durst.

HockeyHorror
Tre Hardson kicks ass. Pharcyde dont have teh best lyrics, dont have the best production/beats but they still great laughing out loud

ElectricBugaloo
i've never been able to get into Pharcyde

IKnoRapbitch

IKnoRapbitch

HockeyHorror
laughing out loud

for some reason i feel like you will like the album Cannibal Ox- Cold Vein

Deathblow
Actually I have at least 3 albums (either vinyl or CD) by each one of those artists.

But hell, what would you know. Sorry, 'kno'.

bardock
call him rapbitch

MF D00m
I wish the Pharcyde never would have kicked Fatlip out of the group. They could have released at least one more classic album.

113
1) Havoc
2) Immortal Technique (finally listened to him cause hockey mentions him a lot)
3) The Diplomats

ElectricBugaloo
i forgot to mention John Smith

Deathblow
I agree their not the best, but I think Tre is pretty underrated as a lyricist. Its because with The Pharcyde he never has a chance to be serious. Check out his lyrics from his collaboration with Korn:

I should have known it from the start what I was in for,
She break a tin full,
She copied, we exchanged some info.
Called her on the tele, conversations were simple,
Ain't playin' games, my game, retain the tempo.
And things, no shame, two sparks turned into flames,
Nimpho's in the park, just dancin' in the rain.
Hook me with this fix, and looked to drain my aim,
Some never retain what wouldn't suck from your veins.

Rest us, rest us from the pain, if I ask.
Ashamed cos the game keep playin' me wrong.
Promise not to ever sing another damn love song,
Until I realize who the f*ck I am.
A man out of sync with his own program,
Trying to find some kind of inner link.

She's the epitomy of sweet misery,
The sweeter the stroke, the deeper the pain given.
There's an angel, angle sex-driven,
Dangerous sex kitten, warm as a mitten.
Fittin' like a glove, with abstract relations,
Testin' all my patience, push comes to shove.
Emotional masturbation, f*ckin' with my love,
F*ckin' with my life, f*ckin' all the above.

I like the last verse especially yes

HockeyHorror
eek! thats really good. ill search for that song.

Deathblow
its called Cameltosis. Its not actually a very good song, the hook sucks stick out tongue

HockeyHorror
sad laughing out loud

MF D00m
He has plenty of "serious" songs with the pharcyde. A lot of them are similar to the lyrics you just posted above. Check out labcabincalifornia for a few. Also, his solo material is in the same vein. I love Butterfly.

MF D00m
Wow, somebody mentioned John Smith. I'm very impressed. He's easily the best MC today, IMO. What albums and/or songs have you heard from Smith EB?

HockeyHorror
Pinky's Laundromat was great thumbup

MF D00m
I love Pinky's. It's not as good as his classic Blunderbus or, "in transit" LP, but still a great album. Especially when you compare it to everything else that's out right now.

koolruningz
MY best rappers list:
KRS1
Ice T
B Real
Ice Cube
Master Ace
Kool G Rap
Chuck D
as you can see I prefer the old school rappers. I'll check out Immortal Technique though, i'm on the look out for good original hip hop. I'm sick of the gangsta rap scene. Any others i should look out for?

HockeyHorror
http://www.killermovies.com/forums/f59/t290148.html

check that out for real hip hop big grin

Darth Revan
Check out Jedi Mind Tricks... And I think Canubis from JMT has a solo album out.

HockeyHorror
no Canibus isn't in JMT. they just close. Canibus has i think 5 albums out. they all sucked sad

well Rip The Jacker was good.

Darth Revan
What? Then how come at the beginning of that song on VOG he says "Jedi Mind Tricks... Canubis" or something? Or was that a collab track? blink confused

Sorry, I feel kinda dumb right now, I don't actually own the album, I DL'ed it so I have an excuse stick out tongue

HockeyHorror
stick out tongue

i only own Violent By Design. the other albums i just Dl'ed laughing out loud

and it was just a collab.

Darth Revan
Oh. Well in any case, koolrunningz, you should check JMT out. Just don't get Visions of Ghandi 'cos it kinda sucks.

Deathblow
yes The opening track Tibetan Black Magicians features two (very good) verses from Canibus.

Unlike you guys I actually bought the album stick out tongue
Wait...thats a bad thing sad

HockeyHorror
no but i did like the track Blood In Blood Out droolio

Darth Revan
Well it's not totally crappy, there are a couple tracks on it I like yes

But their other stuff is much better

Deathblow
Don't like that one, the lyrics are sucky thumb down

Rage Of Angels and A Storm Of Swords are schweet http://www.ebslive.com/forums/images/smilies/celebrate.gif

HockeyHorror
i was talking about the production. almost all the lyrics for Vinnie Paz on Vision of Ghandi were similar to each other.

Linkalicious
I used to like Twista a lot because he can spit really fast, but now he's on Foot Locker commercials and stuff.....it's not my gig.

I guess I just like rappers with unique rhymes or a fast pace...

Deathblow
Definition of a complete hip-hop song --> Atmosphere - Trying To Find A Balance

Fast, smart, catchy hook, nice beats. Its got it all.
My favorite hip-hop group happy

Darth Revan
^awesome song, DB yes

koolruningz
Have any of you guys heard of a English rapper named Roots Manuva?

ElectricBugaloo
Try Busdriver or Blackalicious (Gift of Gab, the MC, is awesome, really check out "Clockwork" "Alphabet Aerobics" and "Release Pt 1"...might just be under "Release"wink`

MF D00m
Mikah 9. He's really really dope and blows Twista out of the water.

MF D00m
I own Run Come Save Me and Dub Come Save Me .

koolruningz
You like MF D00m? I'm a big fan, being of english and jamaican decent like Manuva. Again intelligent, unpretentious lyrics about things i myself can relate to. You wont find me in the club, bottle full of bub .... you know the rest.

Thirst
my boy Jin is gonna shoot up whenever his album be comin out, he obviously got skills at freestylin, he's gonna make Ruff Ryders bigger than it is right now cause all the azn's gonna buy his CD.

Darth Revan
...no expression...

MF D00m
They're great.
We should talk. We want and enjoy the same music (hip-hop wise). I'll bring you up to date. Do you have AIM or something? If not I'll just give you some recommendations on here.

ScarFace Clone
MF Doom Sucks Major Donky Balls every one brags about him on this site so i listened to him and i think he has no talent.

Darth Revan
Who do you think has talent, if you don't mind me asking?

MF D00m
Good for you, but just because you don't like something doesn't mean it sucks. Your opinion is worthless to us anyway because you said he has no talent. I bet you only heard a few songs, if that. Listen to all of his albums and tell me he has no talent (I'm not saying to listen to all of his albums. I'm saying how can you judge an artist on a few songs? That's ignorant). Don't be so narrow minded.

Darth Revan
yes
tbh I don't like everything he's done, but I'm not denying he has lyrical talent

HockeyHorror
This is Hip-Hop: A Tribe Called Quest / John Smith / Big Daddy Kane / De La Soul / Common Sense / Organized Konfusion / Ghostface Killah / The Pharcyde / Public Enemy / Camp Lo / Boogie Down Productions / EPMD / Eric B & Rakim / Brand Nubian / Jungle Bothers / NWA / Main Source / KMD / Farm Fresh / Wu-Tang / Gang Starr / Freestyle Fellowship / Pete Rock & CL Smooth / Micranots / KRS-One / The Roots / Ultramagnetic MC's / Pip Skid / Blackalicious / MF Doom / El-P / GM Grimm / Atmosphere / mcenroe / Park-Like Setting / Qwel / Cannibal Ox / Madlib / Company Flow / Black Star / Aesop Rock / Jay Dilla / Mr. Lif / Brother Ali / MURS / Moka Only / Josh Martinez / Fermented Reptile / Aceyalone / Outkast / Non Phixion / Immortal Technique / Zion I / Lootpack / I Self Devine / Eyedea / Soul Position / Illogic / Cage

i read the list fast but i didn't see Del the Funky Homosapien and Masta Ace...you think they good?

agree with this list^

except Aesop Rock...i dunno i might not understand his lyrics that well but really most of them dont make sense...or maybe its just too complex. but still he's a great mc.

MF D00m
Actually I had Del, Masta Ace, Rass Kass, Chino, and at least 50 other artists, but I exceeded my limit and had to take off a lot of MC's. It was tough because I love Del, Masta Ace, and everybody I cut. I only wish KMC would let me add more.

Aesop Rock takes some time to get used to. You have to get used to his voice and flow. His lyrics are sometimes very hard to decipher, but once you do, you get to see how amazing he is. Great great lyricist... but he's not everybodys cup of tea.

HockeyHorror
ok big grin

as for Aesop, i really like his voice, i really like his lyrics but sometimes i think he's talking gibberish no expression but i might be wrong.

MF D00m
I was able to add Masta Ace big grin

but there was no room for Del sad

MF D00m
I don't like every song MF Doom has ever made. But on an album to album basis he is as consistent as they come. Each of his albums have been no less then stellar. Great tracks with no filler. A few average tracks here and there. Of course I wouldn't expect a non-hip-hop fan to agree, but to people that know and love the genre you have to at least respect his work (I'm talking about hip-hop fans). There's plenty of people out there who don't like MF Doom, but who cares. I enjoy his music. That's all I need. I just hope that somebody might give him a try and enjoy his music just as much as I do. That's how it works... and not everybody is going to like him.

MF D00m
Have you heard any of their albums Deathblow? If you haven't I think you'd really enjoy them all.

Their best work in order (my opinion, obviously):

Lucy Ford 5/5
Overcast! 5/5
Seven's Travels 4.5/5
Godlovesugly 4.5/5

They're all really good albums. They have a lot of classic songs. Most of which came from their first three albums. The Sad Clown, Bad Dub mixtapes are dope, also.

113
whoa you i jsut checked that out and damn ur right...that song was niiiiceee! I didn't listen to all the lyrics, but the production is so good.

HockeyHorror
i like MF Doom cuz his lyrics and productions are unique and really different from other mc's.

and im dissapointed that Venomous Villain was short sad but still great album thumbup

Deathblow
Yeah I have Seven's Travels (my favorite), God Loves Ugly and Overcast.

Ima do my best to get a copy of Lucy Ford this weekend too, but it's real hard to find lesser known hip-hop in this country.

MF D00m
This about the time where you get ran out of here. Wow, I just can't believe somebody said that. Your list, ok, that's your opinion, but... a genius? Wow.

big gay kirk
my favourite rapper is the old Mars Bar one....

big gay kirk
seriously though... MC Pitman... The MC Coke (AKA Steve Lee...)(you may remember he had a top ten hit in the uk on a double a side with Maxi Priest...) and .... wait for it.... Big Gay Kirk, the mike-controlling long time rolling van driving stay aliving main man of flim flam, coming at you in your face, in your place and outta space....

bardock
lil jon is a beatsmith not a rapper

Darth Revan
and how does this make him a genius?

SpiderGurl
Nelly's "My Place" is sooooooo GOOD!!!!!!!!!!

Matsa33
Is this a decent list?

1. 2pac- I know he's popular and all, but that's not why I like him. I like him for his inspiration and the meaning in his lyrics. I don't like songs like "Cali Love" or "Americas most wanted". It "pour out a little liqour" or "keep ya head up" that I like him 4.
2. Nas- Again, I don't even like his popular songs. "I can" was possibly hs worst song IMO. I like him for his subject matter and occasionally good lyracism (NY state of mind, Halftime etc.).
3. Wu-Tang Clan- 36 Chambers was a classic. I love the whole group, plus the production is awesome.
4. The Roots- The only CD where I love EVERY track is "The Tipping Point" the Roots are awesome
5. Rakim and Eric B.- I love their style, they did huge things for the game
6. Jurrasic 5- These guys ae unique and very cool.
7. Tribe Called Quest- Probably my favorite lyracists, the Low End Theory is sick
8. Gangstarr- Moment of Truth was an awesome CD
9. Blackalicious- See 5, Jurrasic
10. Dr. Dre- Although his lyrics are a bit iffy, his production is classic, and his music is fun to listen to.

HockeyHorror
matsa thats a good list.

Deathblow

HockeyHorror
great list thumbup

except Aesop Rock

Deathblow
whats wrong with Aes? cry

I know he's confusing at times, but listen to songs like No Regrets, and he's inspiring yes

HockeyHorror
yes i've heard many of his songs. he's great, but he doesn't make sense most of the time sad

MF D00m
It's not that he doesn't make sense, it's just that he's very cryptic. Aesop Rock always makes sense. That's been his problem since the beginning, sometimes he's too smart for his own good. Listen to No Regrets. That's his most simple song out there.
That's why I like Aesop, he's abstract. He finds many ways of expressing himself. Unlike practically every other MC out today.

Deathblow
Its not just his rhymes, absolutely everything about Aes, right down to his image, is pretty abstract, it's excellent.

HockeyHorror
i dunno...he's great but i wouldn't say abstract. but thats my opinion. smile

Deathblow
Ah, dirty, dirty destiny
Birded murders with a burn gurshin a peasantry
Nervous flux flirtin' with hurley burly chemistry
Graffiti burner urchin merchant with a certain urge jerkin' served and centerpiece
My zig-zag bully balance gallops with a fiery outline
Ban and bomb y'all pastel poets belly up.

thats pretty abstract if you ask me messed

and even his simplest song is about the life of a hermit girl who only communicates through her drawings on the sidewalk.

HockeyHorror
but does he make sense? Daylight was very hard to make sense out of. love the tune. loved the lyrics...but did they make sense erm

im smart but maybe not THAT smart...but i honestly doubt it makes sense...

or if it does make sense...can someone explain it...

Deathblow
He almost always makes sense, but I also read an interview with him ages ago, and he said something that really opened my eyes.

(interviewer)
The most common critiscim you tend to recieve is that your lyrics are often abstract to the point of indecipherable. What's your response to those who accuse you of not making sense?

(Aes)
Well, I know that my lyrics make sense, cos when I write, I write about things that mean somethin personal to me, you know? Its just when I put pen to paper, the story or experience i'm trying to relay won't come out as straight as like, a narrative or whatever. I twist it and f*ck it up and throw in metaphors to make it more interesting right, but I always keep the same thread runnin through my songs, and i never stray far from the core of the story. Sure I spice it up a little, but when it comes down to it, i'm just spinnin a story, and people who listen to my music can interpret what i say however they want. Every song I write means somethin special to me, and you ask some of my fans at the show, if they don't get a song, they read into the lyrics and get somethin else out of it. Somethin true to them, even if its totally different from what i intended, but it's cool cos that way, I can touch anyone anywhere with my words, as they can visualize what i'm sayin. Sometimes making sense is a pretty arguable term, ya know. Some cats get me, some don't, thats all.

HockeyHorror
interesting

D-Double
Damn, Ikno. How did Dre and Juvenile make that list? laughing
Here ya go, pimp'n.

The Genius

D-Double
Monch is with Shady?!! That should be interesting. I don't know if folks heard of E-40, outside of the bay, but he said that he just signed a deal with Lil John. Fonzerreli's trying to do big, big thangz. More power to him.

Vampy
erm...

Mike Skinner
Wyclef Jean
Thievery Corporation*
Arrested Development*
Huey of Fun Lovin Criminals
Missy Eliott for her amazing style.

That would be it. Well, Mike Skinner again, cuz he's absolutely amazing.

Thanks D00m, but I'm surprised to see that Scarface isn't in your "This is Hip Hop" list.
