I made up the ion gun so i'll go with that. An ion takes 10 million years to get from the core of the sun to the surface where it is turned into gas.

I voted for the repulsor rays. Check out Avengers vol. 3 #22 when they are fighting the Ultron drones, Iron Man is disintegrating them and they are made if titanium steel!
