Yes, but Andrea is dead so Andreas cant use his powers anymore. Quicksilver is just to quick for both of them, and add Scarlet Witch's powers on that and they are screwed.

Besides, it's Fenris. Andrea's powers are electrical discharges and Andreas, like you said, can disintegrate matter.
