not Sufficient is the same as not enough but enough would translate to no es bastante and in Spanish is doesn't make sense

"Love and Kisses From Russia"? it's a standard saying we have here which means both love and kisses (in a friendly way) just like "From Russia with Love" is sort of a saying; so it's a nice translation
