They showed it last night on our local PBS affiliate...it was awesome, even though the vocals on "Comfortably Numb" weren't that good. But there is probably NO way to top that stage show. A 50 foot wall of foam bricks being built then torn down? Damn, that would have been the ultimate stage spectacle to see.

Strange thing in the process of getting rid of the original wall, they built another one. They got a lot of heat for that and the sound on the gig was awful, talk about messing up.
The rehearsal the day before the real show was amazing, the real concert was really bad with a few exceptions. Bryan Adams and Paul Carrack.

Me and some friends witness it live in Berlin cool , but the rehearshal was soooooooo much better

ElectricBugaloo
it still was an amazing stage show to see. It wasn't even all about the sound of it--Pink Floyd weren't exactly in their prime in 1990--but the spectacle.

iTo be technically it wasnt really Pink Floyd either it was all a Roger Waters show even the cd from the show is labeled as Roger Water

ElectricBugaloo
yeah, but The Wall will always be associated with Pink Floyd.

No matter what it was, it was still a ****ing spectacle
