There are a bunch of flies here in Northern Cali, more than usual, maybe it's from the pile of empty beer bottles and cans next to the keggerator. Anyway, I hung all these fly papers that my housemate Zack bought. They seem to work quite well. They've killed about two dozen flies and I've totally noticed their annoying buzzing absence. But this one fly, this one fly came into my room tonight. It was a very big fly. It landed on my computer screen and I could have smashed it with my bare hand, but I didn't. Instead I shoed it out the window with my sandal and let it live.
