anyone out there ever see a sci-fi/ horror flick called Xtro? It is an older movie (probably made in the late 70's/early 80's). Lemme know if anyone has seen this one....

An interesting little film and nothing like it's two horrible sequels...some great ideas get a half assed airing and it has some truly memorable scenes...the bit with the kid's toys coming to life and the birth of *the creature* stick in the memory...IIRC said creature was an actor walking bent over backwards like that spider walk scene in THE EXORCIST.

I think the Sci-Fi channel UK plays it quite a bit with an alternative, more satisfying ending...

As the tag line on the poster went...

Ive got it only watched it once i didnt think much of it

I keep seeing the first and its sequel in a second hand video shop, never seem to be interested in buying it though.
