i thought apocalypse was pretty good.... i thought there was a bit too much action though.. should have elaborated more on the storyine.. but anyways ya i wud love a third film.. but i want more of VALENTINE.. she was completely dead in the second half of RE2

but how come they made a fake character for the movies

becuase the first movie was made by a diff person, so he thought it would be cool to make a RE movie that was nothing like the real RE (dont ask me why). but the 2nd movie, had to put her in to ceep it going even though i wanted her to die in the very start, so ther would be more jill.

and i heard these movies are prequels to the games

1st RE : Prequel to the games

Re : Apoc : Ties in with the games

3rd RE film : a story after the game's story

i love jill and milla in the movie. I love the game, however i think i liked the first one more because it seened to be more real. The second was awesome, and I'd buy it in a heartbeat, but it had tooo much action that kind of was exaggerated, the camera movements were not stable, and the action sequences were shaky. I also didn't like how the nemesis turned good. I just can't wait for the third one though, and i hope jill will be in in it cuz she was tite.

I can't see a third film being made because the fourth Resident Evil game will not have anymore zombies in it just insane killer villagers. So there is no story left for them to use.

The it would be an incredibly horrible film and I don't think many people would go see if it is not realted to any of game stories.

True.. but umbrella leaves little undercover operations all over the globe... even south america and the depths of the antarctic arent safe from the clutches of umbrella.

The only problem with the action vs the horror is that when you have characters traveling in groups it requires a more massive setting.. whereas solo characters would only require a single house for the setting to be creepy. At least thats my opinion anywho

LMAO. ummm.. ok NO. the first movie is no preguel, its a changed version of the first game. the first game is about a mansion in racoon city that was a lab in reality. this mansion also was underground but like only 2 lvl or so(according to my book) and anyway some how the spill a virus and all hell breaks lose, some guy is sent to fix the prob but cant so he lets go a nemises like thing called tyrant to clean it all up, and he turns on self destructed mode and house goes BANG. and the second one is about them trying to steal the G virus away from dr. berken and then in a fight to get is he uses it on him and spills the t virus which turns the city to zombies. so really the first movie is a cheap copy and no prequel (pluss RE 0 is a prequel and explains some wierd crap never beat that game yet) and the second movie kind of a mix of 2 and 3. but anyway the third will prolly just be based on alice(shakes head). stupid but prlly true.

Yeah I was pretty disapointed about that. In RE 2 Alice died at the end and they broght her back, I mean what was the point of that. Also why did Mike Epps character live at the end. The only two characters that should have lived were Carlos and Valentine.

Uhh... in the first movie they werent in racoon city, and I know this because when you see the virus break out in the movie thats the first time the virus has come into contact with human subjects to create zombies... the mansion that you see is strictly for alice and her make believe life.. the forest that you see in the end of the 2nd movie is closer to the mansion in the 1st game... but you wouldnt know that cuz you were too fast on trying to prove me wrong..

k dude if the first movie wasn't at racoon then when they opened the gates again, y were all the zombies there and no where else(becuase it was under racoon city). and that mansion u see at the start of the first movie is fake or in her head its real, becuase at the end before they take away that guy there in it again. and i no almost everything about the real RE stuff since i have beaten all the PS games and read all the books. im a RE fanatic.

the movies didnt tie into the games whatsoever, to be honest the movies were terrible, they only took the appearance and names of the characters and believed that was enough, ooh the nemesis program, big f.ucking deal, the characters were terrible, the hispanic carlos wasnt even hispanic(as u said earlier) its embarrassing to call those movies resident evil at all. and the alice character has to be one of the most pointless characters in movie history.

I played all of RE except for 4 cuz its gonna be BS... but directly from the directors mouth, the first movie was a prequel with totally made up characters. The mansion from the first game was miles outside of raccoon city in a dense forest area, whereas the mansion in the movie was pretty close to town to spread the infection so fast. I do see why you'd make that comparison though, so dont think im trying to gun on you. Im pretty sure the director wouldnt make a false statement about his own film trilogy, however badly people think he screwed em up.

dude if u knew anything about RE u no that first movie was a kinda fake prequel. the real prquel to the RE 0 game. it explains plenty. the first RE movie was just huge piles built to be called a prequil but really just stuff made up in a day form a retarded 5 year old boy on strong drugs.

ive not read the books, but ive played and finished the games, the mansion was on the outskirts of the city, as for the movies, calling them prequels would be insulting prequels.

yea somewhere on the outskirts, all i no was it was still near the city, becuase in the book 2 twins that jill grows to love die becuase something est them (zombies) so she thinks it really just canibles. so i just dont think it could be to far out of racoon. cuase the zombies would prolly die or go another way then.

well, I'd liked the RE 2 movie, I have just arrive from the theater!!!....I just think the movie was really far of what the real story is, I mean what about Clear and Leon! what about them....and I'm really stick to your idea that Jill was pretty dead on the second half of the movie....and, waht about Alice? what the....does they do to her at the end!!?, shes some kind of Nemesis 2 or what?...

well, in the movie that blonde haired scientist says that the nemesis and alice are pratically like brother and sister, since they are both biological weapons. and they fought each other to see which one was the best biological weapon. but the nemesis would do what he is told by the umbrella coperation like "kill all S.T.A.R.S members" yet alice could remember what happend to her, and what umbrella did to her, but the nemesis did not remember what happend in the past. so basically she's just like the nemesis, but she has choice to decide who she kills. well, that what i thinks happens anyway. lol

I liked the movie also, just wished that they called it something else so they could make a real RE movie with the real RE story line. and i was so happy when i saw a scientist since i thought they might make him like dr berkin in the second game and i thought he might inject the G virus in him slef and then he would become the cool monster in the second game. but no luck, but yeah i think they should've had claire, chris or even leon in there also.

Whatever happened to Leon Kennedy and Claire Redfield from resident evil 2? I think they should of replaced Jill with them...They were the best two resident evil charecters ever made.

well so far in the real RE series leon and claire also go to another new site where they make monsters and try to destroy it and find a little black book with numbers they could use to take umbrella down. and then thats done and later claire goes to search for her brother chris.

Just to clear a few things up. Claire, Leon, And even Dr. Birkin were supposed to be in Apocalyps, but then the actors dropped out. (like rats on a sinking ship). The Actor playing Carlos is from Israel(Oded Fehr, which i think had the best peformance in the movie).
Personally i think they should have mad the movies based off of the novels by S.D. Perry. Anderson has been screwing game fans out of the good movies they deserve based off of the games since Mortal Kombat. Besides the only reason Milla is in either movie is because she i F*UCKING Anderson. Obvioulsy no one working on these movies cares as much about them as we the fans do.

There has not been a TRUE resident evil movie in my teary eyes.

I like the RE name and i injoyed the last to movies but i would rather them get rid of alice and go with s.d. perry's books story line. Then it would be awsome, but since alice is still there this movie looks like it will blow.
