depends on the situation really...if its just a normal social situation and shes a freind then chatting her up is not a good idea, just be a little more friendly with her but act the same

if its a stranger in a normal situation, and u are going to see her more than once, take it slow...make small talk, make sure she remembers u... either by being funny or making decent conversation. then next time u see her she'll remember u and u can try bump up the charm a bit

all in all the key is gettin them to remember u first off, being funny usually works...seein as most girls seem to like men who can make em laugh

ive never really bothered chattin girls up, all my g/fs have been girls ive known along time and grown to love thru being freinds...

Okay, here's the deal. There are three things a guy must do to get a girl. You don't have to fall into all three catagories, one will usually do.

1. Be good looking: This is probably the mots important thing there is, it makes everything a lot easier. If you are a good looking guy, then you will get girls no problem. However, since very few guys are good looking enough to rely soley on their looks to get girls, I'll assume you're a normal guy and move on to another tactic for us who can't rely on looks.

2. Money: Girls like money, lets face it. If you can buy them things and take them shopping you will have a much greater chance at getting the girl you want if you are wealthy. It's no surprise that the only ugly guys with good looking girls are rich. This is no coincidence.

3. Confidence/personallity: You must be confident when talking with a girl you like if you wish for her to take notice of you. You can not stutter or be shy, they will get bored and think that you are a pussy. Be strong, be confident, and act like you don't care what she thinks of you. Also, if you can make the girl laugh, you're pretty much in. Girls love guys who can make them laugh and giggle. Whatever humor works for you is totally up to you, but find it and use it. This last thing is how I got 2 extremely hot girlfriends. Note, I'm fat, and hairy, and usually smell bad. If I can get a good girlfriend, so can you.
