Kes: The original Darth Vader was played by 2 different people... but I guess you knew that much. The voice was provided by James Earl Jones, while the physical Vader on-screen was played by David Prowse!

My absolute favorite villian from a movie is Sauron from Lord of the Rings. I also kind of like Grima Wormtongue, too, but he's not reeeally a villian, just a pawn.

My favorite Bad Guy is Alan Rickman in Die Hard. I thought he did an EXCELLENT job as the antagonist...his death was awesome too!

Nurse Ratchet from One Flew Over the Cuckoos nest is probably the best villian I've ever seen.

O'Brian from the film 1984: I love the book.

Agent Smith from the ORIGINAL Matrix; he gets rather camp in the sequels. I especially liked the way he slags off mankind in general.

The Witch King in LOTR, attractive as I hoped.

Ones I loathed as I suppose is the idea for villains:
Freddy Kruegar, he should have been destroyed from conception.

sauron in lotr i know he didnt really apear as villan most of the time just an eye - im talking about in the prelude in fellowship, when he just blsted all the soldiers away, that was deadly

My favorite "villain" is Michael Douglas, hands down, in Falling Down. In fact, I like the character D-FENS so much that I myself don't consider him a "bad guy" at all.

1. darth vader - the epitome of evil; evil incarnate.
2. the name fails me at the moment, but the main character from A Clockwork Orange is EVIL, in a scary realistic way.

Andy Robinson's Scorpio in DIRTY HARRY is THE definitive bad guy by any standards...even ol' Clint after the film declared he'd never work with the guy again as he'd stolen the show...

Burke in De Palma's BLOW OUT is also a nasty piece of work...as is Nitti in THE UNTOUCHABLES...but, for me, it's that damn cat Tom in the classic Tom And Jerry cartoons who's the most nasty and misunderstood...

i think angelina was a good villian in girl interrupted, some of the ones listed i agree with, t1000, definately, umm glen close in fatal attraction, i also like agent smith in the matrix, winona ryder in the crucible, i love winona ryder, christopher walken in sleepy hollow, i thought, hes a great actor! BUT MOSTLY< AND I DONT KNOW IF THIS HAS BEEN SAID BUT JOKER~BATMAN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! i mean , i think hes the highest up there for me! jack as joker was the greatest villian ever, and well, i would have to say michelle, and ONLY MICHELLE PFEIFFER as catwoman in batman returns.
