Jackal's out first. The Jackal would attack the weakest looking one(in Jackal's case Dr. Octopus) and would try to hurt him with his poison claw. Dock Ock would(of course) grap Jackal in time and throw him aside. Norman can use the Goblin Glider the best so he would blow Hobby out of the sky after he blinds Otto for a while. Carnage and Dock Ock team up and beat Venom. Then Carnage would start on the eight armed enemy. While those two fight, the Green Goblin would blow them both up with everything he's got. Carnage would die first because one of his weaknesses is fire. So the winner is: the Green Goblin!
