I think its right now impossible since i'm only fourteen now, not a manager or an employ of a very big company that works side by side with the EPPCO company(the other name for OPEC). However in Dubai, we have a card to buy the gas for my car. Hmm, I don't know if that card is available at your place.I was only telling you something about the Dubai Petroleum.O.K. forget it.
