i'm getting that 'connection refused' note again

If you're not, then you have a terribly slow connection!

but it goes faster to other sites.
and it also depends on the time. :s it is faster at night
and i'm not downloading anything

According to that image, each request takes about a second to make - thats about 10 times slower than for the average user.

The problem also arises in Poland, so theres nothing I can really suggest.
