that day

the wounds are light,
she'll live, and
the man in white
echoes, across the blue stained
paned windows
of her head

the sun dragged
out
another grey, thought of yesterday
finding the dark corners
not quite
forgotten

and a promise
of a new day cannot
melt
a feeling, left
unsaid

skin bears
the mark of that day

I'm doing the best that I can
I'm ashamed of the things I've been put through
I'm ashamed of the person I am
So If I'm gone tommorw
Please don't be jealous
Because I know you won't feel the sorrow
I was foolish to ask for so much
We know it feels good
But it takes us away
I'm less of myself day by day
And I just wanted you to know
That If I'm gone tommorow
Please don't feel the sorrow
Because I don't expect the usual train of events
Tommorow will be my last.

MISTAKEN LOVE

I might as well come back to reality
This isn't what i thought it would be
You were exactly what i needed for me
I mistaken you for love at first sight
Now instead of loving you
I push you away with all of my might
I changed my life so i could be with you
But after all
What i feared was true
You betrayed me
So now i drown in my tears
Of which are now a sea.
