What's the difference between the General Discussion Forum and the Off-Topic Forum? I mean, the GDF says you can "discuss anything you want," while the OTF is a place where "anything goes."

In the OTF, you can post whatever you want in any thread (meanless and pointless including). Say, you' re talking about vegetables and all of a sudden, someone starts talking about fruit. In the GDF, threads and posts need to stay on topic.

actualy OTF is where the less intelligent threads from GDF are moved to as well.
