in my mind, numbers have colors.


2 is orangeish-red.
3, 4, and 6 are red.
5 is blue.
8 is green.

am i alone?

sometimes i see numbers in colors...only on exams tho, normally i see numbers in dots, i look at a number, and i see it in dots and lines, and i add the dots

well...only slightly weirder, I've always associated the word "beep" with the color blue...

Well when I hear the words to a song, I see the formation of the words in my head, like this line may be up that line or the words are starting at the left and going to the right instead of vice versa, or some words are bigger than others. I just see patterns and formtions of the words in my head, sometimes I don't even realize I am doing it.

I also, though very rarely, more often when I was younger, I would have these conversations going on in my head subconsiously and then when I realized there was a conversation going, I would stop and pay attention to it and I would lose everything, it was like my mind was doing it by itself and as soon as i stop to pay attention to see what's going on it stops.

I think you must be colour blind 1 is red.
2 is yellow.
3 is pink.
4 is green.
5, 6 and 7 are blue, although 7 is bluey-purple.

one of many reasons why I stay clear of numbers. they do strange things to you ...

all the words have colors in my head too... the letters differently....

1 is white
2 is blue
3 is yellow

6 and 7 are different types pf pink.... weird actually, cuz i love the 6 and hate the 7.... but i hate pink....
8 is green
9 is black or sometimes some kind of brown-black

Yeah you are totally right. Numbers haver colours and words, too. Bit it's just the situation... in a mathstest numbers dont have colours *lol*

and sometimes it is different but the four is red.

and letters have colours and words have pictures(which dont belong to teh word) and colours

numbers just repeat themselves over and over in my head

i have full conversations with myself in my head (and sometimes out loud) subconsciously

especially when i cant sleep...so i tell myself stories or tell myself about waht im going to do tomorrow and whatnot

I use to always have terrible nightmares when I was younger and I still do sometimes. Sometimes when I am in bed, I can tell when I am going to have a bad dream by the way my head feels. I get this kind of pulsing sensation and I hear this kind of siren, but not quite like a siren, I can't explain the sound. All I know is, my head starts to feel vulnerable and everything starts to come in my mind, and I can feel the badness and I know if I go to sleep I will have a nightmare, so I struggle to wake up and sometimes when you are in the phase in between sleep and being awake, I jerk myself out of it before I fall asleep, cause wwhen I am in that state I can hardly move, i am consious of what's happening ,but i can't move my body. It's like my mind is against me, it's very hard to fight the sensation to give in and fall asleep, but sometimes I win and I use my will power and jerk my self out of it, and stay awake for a while until the feeling goes away. I usually sleep with my radio on so it can keep me connected with the world and fight the bad sensation away and I dont' feel alone in the dark room with the bad feeling. The radio fights the bad feelings away. Hope this doesn't sound too strange. I have been through some tramatic experiences in my life, so maybe the nightmares of symptoms of post traumatic, what ever that word it. I use to think having nightmares was normal, that's how often I had them, every single night. I'd dread going to bed, I'd be terrified to go to sleep. Sometimes I still am.

i always saw 8 as black. and 3 as navy blue. 1 is yellow (from playing pool). 5 as red.

number two is yellow
number three is green
number four is also blue
number five is red
number six is orange

i think its just the shows you watch
when we were little we watched sesame street, and the numbers were always the same colours!
