Who is your favorite band to come out of Seattle during the whole Grunge movement or in the few years before it?

Mine fav is actually Nirvana, although I listen to and like all of the other bands.

How am I supposed to choose out of those bands? That's just wrong man...
I love several...i can't choose a favorite!

Pearl Jam hands down for me

Alice In Chains, but it was a tough choice.

Pearl Jam by a whisker. Followed by Alice in Chains.

Pearl Jam by a country mile, though I liked Malfunkshun and Green River about the same

Nirvana. Isn't Presidents of the United States of America from Seattle as well?

Not sure I probably left out some bands, but I'm sick of trying to include everyone.

well if I was going to pick ANYONE from Seattle, then it would be Hendrix for sure

Hendrix wasnt part of the grunge scene. I think this is more of the grunge scene.

i know. i already said that up there, but then i said if i was to pick ANYONE (i even put it in capitals last time) that i'd pick Hendrix

I like all in the list except Pearl Jam, could never get into their music.

Nirvana are my favourites though. Green River are fabulous too, someone mentioned that band.

Kurt Cobain is god.

Man, they're awesome, but I don't know if there better then Nirvana.

I would say Nirvana....cos they're my favourite band....but they actually didnt come from Seattle......
