Just one question...there will be a limit on how many times you can change your username right? I mean what if some one wants to change his/her username constanly? Would that be allowed?

For me I only change mine once, and once is enough for me

yes, you can do it an unlimited amount of times, but I doubt raz will want to change it everytime for every minor detail
