Who wins the battle of the most feared Tyrants in the Galaxy?

Palpatine's control over the Force is not up to par to face Galactus. Nor is any other single Force-user. It would take the combined might of hundreds of Jedi to give him pause. Galactus takes this and eats Coruscant.

Palpatine would need the whole Empire backing him up to get out of this alive, and that's only if the Empire army is as large as the Shi'Ar army.

Forget it Galactus wins end of discussion there's not enough Jedi to even make him flinch

Against normal power Galactus ... still loses remember that a weak and hungry Galactus destroyed at least three solarsystem and the wave didn't show any sighs of slowing down, but that depends how many NJO lukes are we talking about.
