LOL, it's because they are all character sketches, my friend, but in the graphic novel they will have various expressions

wow they are very cool, i've just started reading the novel today, and it's very good, are they going to do anything for the other novels?

Some of them did not quite fit, Lan and Moirrane for example - I have seen the covers of the Wheel of time novels with pics of Lan on and he looks different to these.
