Has anyone here ever read the book "Papillon" by Henri Charriere?
If not, I highly recommend it. Don't worry, it's been translated into English. The 1973 film version done by Dustin Hoffman and Steve McQueen doesn't give it a shred of justice.
Papillon actually lived and wrote the book himself.

You won't regret it. It's written in the 1st person describing his life as he knows it. He's a tough cookie, he's smart, witty and funny. Honestly one of the best books I have ever read, and I've read MANY.

Ou Be Low hoo
I love 'Papillon'! My favorite part of the book is when Papi is living in that Indian village with 2 wives, who just so happen to be sisters! Pearl diving, all the oysters you can eat and sex-on-tap with sisters...Perfect. Why-oh-why did he ever think 'revenge' was worth leaving it all for!?!?!
