Yikes, did anybody see the results of the Pistons vs Nuggets game. I didn't see it but I saw the results. It was the first time in the shot clock era (49 years) that a team without a scorer in double figures. They missed like 19 shots in a row at one time and during a stretch between the 2nd and 3rd quarter, they were outscored 40 to 5.

The Pistons are scary in the East (as scary as an East team can be) with their Wallace-full frontcourt. Them or maybe the Pacers might actually be able to give the West champion a good series in the finals.

I think the East is quickly shaping up to be contenders. New Jersey is good, Indiana is good, New York is getting a lot better, and Detroit is F*N awesome. But I think it's another year or so before the East wins a title. Spurs all the way, baby!
