i have one stupid game
and each few times i'mopening it my comp is resteting itself, eventually turning off, eventually doing other strage things
anyone has an idea?


NOTE: it is not happening all the time
and scan disc says (coz it is starting it self when comp is restarting) that it found mistakes in firefox folder.

you prabably have insufficiant space on you pc. its probably exceeding its memory limit when your moving and its too much for the pc to handle. remove some files that you dont need (large files) and try again

i have that problem with halo, u dont have enough ram, and if fixing the ram doesnt help, try getting a patch for the game.

or get service pack 2 if you dont already have it. it solved all my pc's glitches

moved few files, have 3 gb free, everything is ok now (at least i think so )

it looks like it is comp's fault not game, but it happenes only with that one game

Do the game first.

First un-install. Then follow the normal install procedure.

If none of your other programs are causing you problems, then highly unlikely.

but there is a thing.. it is not restarting when some other programs are not opened at the same time.. i just got into that

then just close all programs when you play it, it might be that your pc just can't handle that game AND other stuff at the same time

but it should be able to handle it but ok..
