tough call, Sammael wasnt really all that imressive. in the comics Hellboy goes toe to toe with bigger creatures. Wolf Helsing tusseld with a differnt sort of monster

Hellboy easy. Van Helsing's no pushover, but physically he's only human. Hellboy has vast super strength and endurance. Van Helsing would find himself out of his league.
