i dont know if this is supposed to be here or in the videogames section, but on the latest GameInformer theres a cover story on the batman begins videogame debuting on the premiere date for the movie, its a stealth/action game and from the screenshots it looks a-mazing

And thus it begins. Right now the film is just a bunch of pictures in articles. Soon it will be BATMAN BEGINS the: action figure, cereal, coloring book, candy bar, happy meal, boardgame. You are going to start seeing a slew of Batman related shit. TBS will probably be showing a couple of the The Batman movies 4 times in one day over the course of the weeks prior to the release. There will be airings of the TV show, as well as other releases in the media. Magazines covering an array of Batman topics: history, making of the movies, toy collectors. Cartoon dvd releases. Their will be T-shirts galore. Then the movie comes out and people are like: "Well...it was okay."

Havoc470
lol, everyone does it, no big deal its just a character getting more media attention

very much like star wars 2 1/2 inch toys that cost 4 to 6 bucks and have about two points of articulation

you have just described virtually every comic book movie release there ever was and ever will be.

Well, this thread is about the video game, not the marketing of Batman Begins. Back to the subject...

Are there any details besides the photo they released showing Batman in front of a river and a city scape?

Joker1237
lets hope they air Batman TAS for a while lol.

IT wont be bad, it will be good for the toys, DVDS and stuff.

Lets just hope they dont turn in to Batman and Robin, and make a movie base on the toys.

We have Batgirls motercycle, but its not in the movie,

Than put it in the movie lol.

there's a lot of sruff that get manufactured as toys but not put in the movies. like all the dark knight armors and such. they put some of the toys in the different animated series versions though.

Joker1237
I think Batman and Robin was made for the toys, and not the fans, They had a lot of stuff in that movie, that would make great toy, but not great in the movie.

So is Batman's surf Board still up for bids lol.

so far thats all the coverage on gamespot, but gameinformer has a cover story on it in their latest issue, EA is making the game, theres wayyy too much to post so maybe if you just google it you'll get results

this is what i got in a few seconds of searching http://print.pcvsconsole.com/?news=2784
