ya, im not to firmiliar with grundys strength, but aperantly he can throw down with superman, but im not sure

Solomon Grundy's strength varies with his different incarnations, I think, so it's hard to talk about.

You mean like The HULK...? Except not anywhere near as strong nor does Grundy have a HF.

Read some comics. Grundy (DCnU) has a healing factor.

Sorry didn't proof read my statement... I meant that Grundy is neither as strong as HULK nor is his HF as powerful.

Again, DCnU's Grundy's healing is very good. Had his head cut in half and came back instantly, had a hole blown through his torso and healed immediately. A LOT better than Things.

Best thing the Thing has done is holding bombs close to his chest

unless there's been other moments.

They pretty much made Grundy to be the dark Swamp Thing. No real way for Ben to take him out.
