I am a nightowl I hate waking up in the mornings.It takes me so long just to get out of bed.

Neither!! I like to stay in bed no matter if it is day or night!!!

I used to be a nightowl, up til 3 or 4 in the morning, waking up around 12 or so. Ever since I moved to MN though, It's bedtime at Midnight, and wake up at 8. I work from home, so I kinda set my own bedtime, heh.

I just feel that if you go to bed late, wake up late, it's a waste of the day.

Sleep is very underrated.

I'm...both, actually I don't like sleeping for long periods of time, so I'll go to bed at 1-2, wake up at 6 (8 on the weekends)...I can live off less sleep than most people

It's Night Owl or Morning Bird. And I am a night owl. I go to bed at around 2-3 and wake up at 10.

during holidays i'm going to sleep about 2-3 am, and waking up about 10

and during year.. it's from 11-7

I'm not too bad at getting up and stuff- i'm usually active all day

i'm a morning person monday to thursday and a night owl friday and saturday. sunday is a day of rest. even God rested on the seventh day.

Night owl, if I dont have school, I go to sleep at 5.00am and dont wake up till about 3.30pm

I'm pretty sure we do, both for physical and mental recovery. I once managed only sleeping 2-3 hours total in a 4 day span. I was partially insane and all but useless by day 5 . Now this cat is claiming he hasn't sleep in 11 years? No ****ing way.

The theory is that REM sleep is what gives us whatever it is that we need from sleep. However, this point was sort of ruined when a man in Israel (I believe it was), was found to not have any REM sleep, after being injured by a bomb blast. Even though he never had any REM sleep, he was still perfectly functioning, both mentally and physically.

I feel like depending on what you do in the day can determine how much you sleep. Or I think some people are able get the REM sleep better (think thats the good sleep where is actually restores you, could be wrong). Its takes me sometime to actually nod off. I try a glass of wine, helps me a great deal
