The filming is now complete!
I'm really lookin forward to Azumi 2. Ryuhei Kitamura directed the first one, but stepped down and is letting Shusuke Kaneko direct the 2nd. The writers are the same, and so is the cast...and there were rumors that Ziyi Zhang was gonna make an appearence, but now her name is removed from Kaneko's website. Sorta odd...her name was up there a few months back. I don't know if it was a mistake by the webmaster, or if something happened with Zhang.
But Chiaki Kuriyama(sp?) will be in it, who played Gogo Yubari in Kill Bill, and Takako Chigusa(sp?) in Battle Royale...so I'm stoked on that.
It comes out April 18th or March 12th. I'm not sure which one, as the official site said April 18th a month ago, and now it says March 12th...(unless 2005/3/12 mean december 3 2005?)
