Anyone seen this film, its a british gangster movie and I really enjoyed it but my friends hated it, so i beat them up. But what does anyone else have to say?

I think that Ben Kingsly deseved an Oscar for this...

I don't, saw it this evening and Kingsley was WAAAAAAAAAY over the top. I understand the character was a supposed maniac in every sense of the word, but it was a little overbearing. The plot was a little hazy as well, and while it went by quick, it was actually rather boring, IMO.
