Rogue dies...unless she can absorb Sue's powers - even then her chances of dying are high.

In order for Malice to use her essential powers, I think she needs to make contact in order to take over the body as she did with Polaris or corrupt as she did with Jesse Hoan. I do not think Malice can touch Rogue.

The strength and abilities of the current body Malice is inhibiting (i.e. Polaris, Havok, etc.) will determine much of the fight.
