I am currently thinking about learning to skateboard. I don't pretend to know anything about it, because I don't. I've been researching on the internet about it and wanted anyone's opinion on what would be the best type of board I should get. Should I get a complete board or should I build my own? How wide should the board be?? Wheels? Are they supposed to be hard or soft or something?? confused
Many thanks in advanced..

I at one time was a into boarding but, after a while I lost interest in it.

theReject
Why did you lose interest?

Raven Guardia
No problem wink stick out tongue ..wish I could help.

Dr. G.K Gonzo
The reason I lost interest was because of work and School, I had no time to board anymore. And now when I try to, I spend more time on the ground than on the board. It is no longer fun for me.

theReject
Ooooh ok; I understand.

Dwarfdude
Either a Bam or a Zero...Beginers should probably use softer tires. And dont try any fancy shit, just start with ollies and manuels...

Thats what my freind told me when I started.

Good boards cost around $80.

theReject
Ok, thank you.smile
