heres the deal, I will capture a Comic Book Character and then lock them up in my basement, you ask yes or no questions and try to figure out who it is. the first person to guess the answer get's to go next. understand?

He is not a current member of the JLA. He did join once, but only for a single JLA story (to my knowledge).

I've already said he had powers. "Far beyond" is a subjective statement; I would say not by DC standards, although I've also already mentioned that his powers are not that well-defined.

ScarletSpider guessed Major Disaster, who served on the emergency JLA with Jason Blood. And he also guessed Mantou Raven, who was introduced in that same JLA series. But nobody guessed Jason Blood; oh well.
