Not sure about that. If your in love with someone, you get the dizzying highs and that weird ticklish feeling in your stomach when you speak to them, and sure that's cool, but if that person say, doesn't feel the same way about you, it can take months, even years to recover from the shooting down.

Hearts are the most fragile objects in existence, if bad things happen and they get broken, you can wind up with irreparable damage.

Not if the person you're in love with doesnt feel the same way.

Love ends when a person dies. Love isn't forever.

I don't agree with that. You can still love the memories of someone. Many people don't remarry if their spouse dies, because they never stop loving them.

The memories also fade away when others die. Is basically pessimism and I don't expect everyone to like it.

Everyone has different opinions on it.

But to me, the feeling of loving and being in love with someone, and knowing that they love you back, is one of the best things in the world blushing

Bah, there isnt any reason to. Unless you really feel for someone, then there isnt any point in it. Half the time you'll end up heartbroken. Course, I'm in a relationship, so a shouldnt really be talking.

It is exactly because of that attitude that your life sucks and that you will die, still thinking life sucks. But hey, everybody has to learn their own way, and make their own mistakes. The same way you can't make somebody love you, is the same way you can't make somebody learn if they don't want to. If you are going to live your whole life scared of being hurt, you will end up getting hurt anyway, the hell of it is, you will be living your life in fear as well.

I tried it. Same thing was said to me and I thought the same. I decided to take a chance, though. I knew there was no future for us, as I would have to go back to my own country in a year or two, but rather than hide under a rock for the rest of my life in fear of getting hurt, I opened myself up.

When I eventually had to go back to my own country, I cried for about a year.

It was still the best thing that ever happened to me in my life. I will never regret a second of it, and I pity anybody who goes through life too scared to love because they are scared they will get hurt.
