Superman is super at everything but will he take down Mephisto at full power in a fight to the death?

Can someone further outline Mephisto's powers? Though just do to the fact that he's "magical" he can probably take out Superman.

I'm a big Supes fan, but I don't know how he could win this. Supes Prime with the Sword and GL ring, and now we might have a fight. Even then I don't know.

still DD didnt go down without a fight and kicked alot of ass so I am sure Superman would win atleast temporarily
