A strong Batman villian vs a strong Spidey villian. Who'd win?

i've only seen killer croc in hush, and tombstone i dont know much about....killer croc is sort of like the lizard (power wise)

based on what i know i think tombstone takes this one

Croc is strong, but he's still human...just a very good and brutal fighter. As far as I know, Lizard is stronger than Spidey in terms of Class so he'll whip Croc's butt easily--also very fast.

If I remember correctly, Tombstone give Spidey a hard time with his super strength and fighting skills, so the fight might go to him over Croc.

I was thinking Tombstone myself. He's stronger and tougher. Killer Croc is basically just above normal strength, not even close to Tombstone's level.

tombstone by far, no matter how stupid he looks, and how cool croc looks.
