Arent Strange and Fate VERY similar? In this one I have no idea but Ill have to go with either Strange or Fate

He's basically DC comic verison of Dr. Strange. Has to wear his goofy ass golden helemt to use his powers, without it he's just a regular dude. He's a member of the JSA.
