Before all the "Piccolo gets beaten up so easily" comments I just want you all to remember the good times Piccolo has had such as when he fought Form 2 Frieza by himself and the fact that he blew up the Moon.

and his good times are overshadowed by the disapointments.

in dragonball z piccolo hasn't beaten cell or frieza but i know he has more power than super man cause piccolo can vapour humans with one blast

and superman put the moon back together with his heat vision.
while piccolo was acting badass with his talking supes would be burning his brain before the namek realized it

yeah and piccolo can regenerate limbs and create multiple versions of him self

and it never makes a difference but maybe twice in all of dragon ball history and even then i think he still lost

Piccolo was Android 17's equal. That makes him significantly more powerful than SS1, which is pretty damn tough.

And I think people who say that "Superman could fry Piccolo's brain" seriously fail to understand Superman's character; Superman isn't going to use leathal force against another one of Earth's heroes--he doesn't even use it against villains.

I'm not arguing for or against anyone; I merely thought I'd point these things out.

this is a comic book vs forum, the characters of dbz, even though I liked the show alot, were very poorly written, and every story happened exactly the same way, it always seemed that each character would be continuosly getting stronger and stronger with the more training. This being said, piccolo would probably get his ass whooped then he would go in the hyperbolic time chamber, come out 101234912340983124 times stronger and win... then it would all happen over again with some other dude to fight. comic books and these cartoons should never be compared

and comics arent repetitive.... roflmao!

comics are much less repetitive then dbz could ever hope to dream, other then a few exceptions (the hulk)

or a good deal of x-men.... or spider-man... or most of DC's stuff (excludign I-Crisis)...

Piccolo would win this battle without a dount...Maybe it's me bu I just can't fathom anyone defeating anybody from the dbz universe(Piccolo, trunks, vegeta, gohan and Gokou and villains)..I'm sorry but their portrayed to be the most unstoppabbly powerful beings in the entire universe and unless you some how absorb them or tap into "their" kind of power then you're not going to defeat them...

Superman's my favorite comic hero and all no noubt, but piccolo(like someone stated earlier) is Android #17's equal which indeed surpasses SSJ1, piccolo got about as strong as USSJ which power nearly shakes the earth....

A weaker form of piccolo(Saiyijin Saga) blew up the moon like nothing, even weaker form villains like Frieza destroyed planets with ease..Now I know Superman's tough but Brolly took out "Galaxies" and piccolo got to be alittle stronger than that or about on the same level, supes doesn't stand a chance, not post-crisis, superman prime, or any other...Piccolo's more fight-orientated and understands combat alittle more than superman seeing as he "trained" in various arts...Piccolo's alsmo damn intelligent and moves just as fast if not faster than Superman...

I choose Piccolo. And FujiFuum, DBZ is a manga which is a comic book.
